Throughout the year, the Florida Lottery participates in local events and radio remotes across the state, providing community outreach and support. Taking part in these events helps the Lottery to increase public awareness of the Lottery's commitment to education. The following is a listing of events where the Florida Lottery is participating.

Florida State Fair
Tampa

The annual Florida State Fair is a salute to the state's best in the agriculture and equestrian industries, including an abundance of shows, music, rides, food and shopping for 12 consecutive days. Excitement is in the air all over the fairgrounds with plenty of free entertainment. Make sure to plan your day in advance to enjoy all the sights, sounds, and tastes the state fair has to offer. The Florida Lottery will be on site with three sales booths for players to purchase their favorite Florida Lottery games. Two of the Florida Lottery sales booths are located in the main Expo Hall and the third on the Midway next to the mall. The Spin to Win Wheel will be featured at all locations; purchase required.

St. Andrews Mardi Gras
Panama City

This is a splendid celebration that brings people together from all over the southeast and showcases the wonderful community of Historic St. Andrews. The festival features over 100 vendors and eight stages. The Florida Lottery ShowVan will host local entertainment for this event.

Osceola County Fair

With more than 84,000 attendees each year, the Osceola County Fair is one of the leading county fairs in the state of Florida. During this 10-day event, visitors can enjoy great food, a variety of shows, entertainment and youth/commercial exhibits. The Florida Lottery sales booth will be on site February 17-19 for players to purchase their favorite Florida Lottery games. The booth is located near the Silver Spur Area. Miami International Boat Show
Miami

The Miami International Boat Show is produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the principal trade association of the recreational marine industry. Shop and browse all the latest in marine gear. Show goers can stroll among more than 2,000 beautiful boats and new accessories. Sample exotic foods and relax under Miami's sunny skies! Join the Capital Area Community Action Agency as they host the 2012 Pig Fest at the North Florida Fairgrounds. This year's Pig Fest not only features great BBQ, but a car and bike show, Battle of the Bands and a variety of art & craft vendors. The Florida Lottery Show Van will be the main entertainment stage for this event.

Each year for two fun-filled days, Floral City has a celebration of strawberries. The annual March Las Olas Art Fair is located along the charming Las Olas Boulevard and features a wide variety of unique creations from hundreds of award-winning artists. A division of Howard Alan Events, American Craft Endeavors is proud to present over 40 fine craft shows annually throughout the beautiful state of Florida.

Gatornationals is a National Hot Rod Association circuit event. It is nationally televised on ESPN2 and people attend from all areas of the country. The event consists of two days of qualifying and two days of racing. There is food, fun and lots and lots of racing.

Taking place on Main Street in downtown Crestview, the BBQ festival features not only great BBQ but craft vendors galore and fun activities for the kids. Springtime Tallahassee produces one of the largest festivals in the Southeast. The festival has something for everyone to enjoy including a parade with over 70,000 participants, Jubilee in the Park, featuring hand crafted items, a Children's Park, and regional entertainment acts.
